Personalised lessons for learners who want more than simply to pass a test.
I have spent many years working with young people, and one of the things I value most is the relationships built along the way.
Learning to drive can be exciting, but it can also be stressful. I aim to create lessons where learners feel supported, challenged appropriately and comfortable asking questions.
My teaching approach is built around clear explanations, patience and progressive skill development. The learner should understand why a particular driving decision is safe, not simply memorise what to do.
I use an MG hybrid for lessons — a modern, comfortable and more environmentally conscious training vehicle.

Tranmere is a particular focus of Drive With Ryan. Test-area preparation helps learners become familiar with the types of roads, intersections and traffic conditions they may encounter — developing the observation, judgement and decision-making needed to drive safely, not simply memorising a route.
Call 0416 659 418 to discuss the learner's experience, availability and goals before arranging the first lesson.
Arrange a time that works — weekdays after 4pm, weekends by appointment, or throughout the day during school holidays. Pick-up from home or school.
Every lesson finishes with clear feedback and practical suggestions about what to practise next between sessions.
Learners need time between lessons to practise and consolidate skills. Regular supervised practice is as important as the professional lesson itself.
Call or text Ryan directly — he'll have a quick chat about what you need and arrange a time that works.
